The internship I completed this semester was with QC Exclusive Magazine. They are a Charlotte-Based Magazine exemplifying the luxuries that Charlotte has to offer. Their target audience is the upper middle-class and above as well as those that appreciate luxury items and Charlotte.They come out with a new issue of their magazine every six weeks as well as online content weekly. It is a for-profit company and has brought a lot of life to Charlotte.  I accomplished writing many articles, advertorials, Q & A's and much more. I gained a stronger writing voice and have been able to produce higher quality of work as a result of my experience. I have also gained a new perspective on communication skills in a small company and team.   I have developed many great relationships including a fellow intern. I have met many people that have given me insight on new and different internships that are available in Charlotte. I have applied the coursework from my journalism classes which helped my writing immensely including Journalism for the Web.
